Wooden toy box question.

Hi all, I've made a wooden toy boy but I'm looking for a lid stay/latch.

Where can I get one?

I used these for that purpose;

They hold well when tightened to the last. The lid of the chest I use is quite heavy so there's still a bit of a slam when it gets close to closing.

Search www.rockler.com - they have 'lid stay torsion box hinges' - same as a laptop screen. Pity its all the way from the USA but I haven't seen them anywhere else.

I agree, postage at that price is crazy, a courier would be cheaper.

I haven't used them before just knew that they stocked all kinds of everything.
