Hey lads, I was thinking of picking one of these up, the things where you fill the bass with sand or water. Just to have in the apartment, no room for heavy bag.

Has anyone any reccomendations for what I should look for/ look to avoid etc? Are they worth it at all? They in general seem to say 110lbs when filled, is that enough to prevent the thing from flopping on its side repeatedly? Any alternatives I should look at?

    Thanks for the help.

I honestly think they're a waste of money and time in my experience.
