    BBC4 at 9PM

    The Human Hand was on last week and it was fascinating. Since this episode is about a part of the body that's very important to all us runners, it's going to be worth a watch. Can be a bit gory as they will dissect a foot on camera.

    Its a two part program, saw it the other evening and it is fantastic. Not for anyone squeamish as they are dissecting the foot and lower leg to show how it is all put together.
