OK guys just got my planning,

been costing for a year now and finally got the planning on a design that wicklow cc would allow.

    were going timber frame.
got my heating system planned and now im just wondering does anyone experience with window companys.

trying to get a suppliers list together.

and anything i need to avoid from personal experience.

were doing energy efficient build log gasification boiler solar panels feeding a 800lt tank with dhw coil from the buffer tank so all in the one place.

with highly insulated walls floots and triple glazed windows by the looks of it now. due to the provisional ber i got.

    any advice is well appreciated

You have to more than ground work you need to get the foundations poured. Have you an engineer on the job because he'll have to inspect this work.
