Any suggestions, doing 30km plus easily on my own, but really want to up mileage and would like to join a nice group of non competitive cyclists. How best to find them?im worried that the groups will be too difficult to go straight to 60km plus cycles. Or that I will be too slow.

Where about you based? Some of the bigger clubs do spins where they'll do a meet up somewhere central like the Phoenix park

Orwell Wheelers based out of Dundrum have various speed groups.
The slowest one has leaders as well as dedicated minders who are there to guide someone home if they can't keep up with the main group.

The beginner's group also goes pretty slowly - about 20 kph - and stops for coffee/cake. Which breaks the cycle up nicely.

If your username mean's that you're female then Orwell also have the largest female contingent of any Dublin (Irish?) club.

Do it soon though - the mentored spins only run until March 30th and if you haven't joined by then then it's going to be harder to join over the summer season as there'd be more of a requirement to already be somewhat competent.
    Details here - http://www.orwellwheelers.org/club-spins-overview

If you're not near Dundrum then try out your local club. A bigger club is probably better for you as there'd be more people near your own pace - some smaller clubs can be lacking in slow members :)

If you're Southside I would suggest Orwell also. They are just about the best organised road-focussed club around, and there are a lot of regulars in this forum who are members, and cater for all abilities
