Sky No signal/pixated

I seem to be having issues with the Sky channels either the pic showing pixation (if thats the word :p) or saying "no satellite signal".When I manually tune in the channels that are not the regular ones,ie itv2,3,etc, they are all fine.I have tried a few things such as turning off the "LNB" power etc, and turning back on.I have also tried resetting the box, but still it happens.

The dish is a bit rusty, but it hardly makes any difference? and its secure to the wall. Its the rain and wind that fecks it up.The cables coming out of the LNB are covered too. When I look up at it in the wind, it doesn't move, so what actually makes it go like this, and is there any tips on improving things.

Satellite signals can be affected by 'rain fade': a properly aligned dish should deliver enough signal margin to cope with all but the most torrential downpour but, if your dish has become slightly misaligned, you may no longer have this margin.

If it's purely the wind that is causing problems then, something is moving. If not on the dish, then something in the line of sight to the satellite.

No there is nothing in front of the dish or inline. It doesn't appear to have moved, but maybe it could have only slightly possibly.
