Swapping printout tickets for hard copies

Does anyone know if Ticketmaster will swap my printout tickets for hard copies? Like an eejit I forgot to tick the hard copies box before I checked out and now I can't go to the concert and I'm having a hell of a time selling the tickets as printouts (which is understandable)! Thanks!

Don't think so, pretty sure the only way they will ever do that is if you didn't access the file to print them out!
