Wondering about doing an extension without the need for PP.

I have 3 examples attached. Example 1 is probably what may be built but for example 2 can the space between the proposed and the property be built on without PP (diagonal line part of drawing). For example 3 if any part of the extension goes to the side of the property at the back does it require PP.

    1. your going outside into the new extension? an architect would be worth your while whether planning is required or not.
