I'm a daily swimmer and lately I'm experience some stabbing pain in my shoulder just above the bicep. My question is, might I have what is known as swimmers shoulder.

    Martin,

Stupid question but were you doing any other exercise lately? Like tricep dips? Maybe rest up for couple days and take some ibuprofen to stop inflammation.

Hopefully not, I might try some of the triceps dips as suggested by mad m and see if it helps.
