Is your PRSI contribution based on your annual income divided by 52 to get your weekly earnings?

For example, if you earn over €352 in the final couple weeks of a tax year is that income spread out of over the whole year i.e bringing your weekly income under €352?

No its on a per week basis. You can move from class a0 to class a1to class j on different weeks. I'm paid monthy and some months I am class a and some I am class a1 because some months have four weeks and some have 5 weeks.
