This happen to anyone else from time to time?

I 'prep' my new clearomizer (as instructed) but occasionally I get one that is very dry and hot to puff, and the vapour doesn't feel entirely 'vapourised'. Any known solutions to this?

I press the button and blow, press the button to fizzle and vape from there.
I'm pretty sure i'm totally wrong to do that and i only really do it with my bottom coil.

A clearo that goes dry is usually either a top-coil suffering the effects of gravity (get a bottom coil) or an over-wicked bottom-coil (remove one of the flavour wicks sitting on top of the coil - not the ones in the coil, on top of - and see how you get on).
Or you might be vaping to hot too fast. You might also be using a bad/generic clearo like a CE4.

Your sig is my fave Simpsons quote ever.

Yup, it's a CE4. It's not a huge deal, just happens from time to time.

If it's a ce4, how are you priming it?

I was taught to prime mine and it didn't work the way I was taught, i had issues with it overheating even when I wasn't using it much.

What I do now is fill it, hold it upside down for 5-10 seconds, hold it upright for 5 seconds, hold on the button without inhaling for 5 second, thenwait 5minutes and use it. Seems to be working for me so far. :)
