    Hey

Dose anybody know when the next accreditation is on ?

I was quite disappointed that I was turned away this morning considering

    1. I have a current CI licence

    2. Previously been accredited

    3. Have raced on the track

I was under the impression the Track Race was been promoted in Ireland

The details of the accreditation are here: http://www.trackcycling.ie/?page_id=452
As for the lads turning you away it was probably for safety, and they were probably right. And the track is being promoted in ireland.

Did you have any proof that you had previously been accredited on the track? Did you just want them to take your word for it?

    This is just petty:

If you were accredited and away from the track for years, they still want you to retake the accreditation. It's dangerous enough as it is. The rules on accreditation have repeatedly been posted here along with requests to mail the track commission with queries. They would have saved you the trip.

    Thanks for your feedback guys...

    I appreciate the accreditation requirements...

It's sad that I needed to post to ascertain this info considering I was there... Not even a mention of the web site (which is quite impressive) or have a chat with xyz...

I'll remember to do a Boards search before heading out again ;-)
