Looking for a video editing rig upgrade

I am thinking of upgrading my existing rig of

    Gigabyte GA-EP45-DSP3
    Intel Quad Core Q9650
8GB of 1333mhz RAM (not sure what type)

to something like this bundle from Dabs.

I really only need the mainboard, RAM and CPU for now as I have everything else- except my current graphics card which is junk.

    I guess my questions are:

    1. How good are these integrated graphics? Would I be better off getting a cheaper mainboard without those high-end graphics and getting a good graphics card like this one: Gigabyte Radeon R9 290 OC Windforce 3, 4GB DDR5, PCI-Express? These days a lot of editing programs and tools use the GPU for rendering.

    2. The CPU I have seems pretty good, are these new quad code I7's a lot better? Will I see much of a boost? CPU is still very important for rendering video and outputting HD video in real-time.

    3. Or is my approach here all wrong? It's been a long time since I build a PC!

I would like to keep the spend below €700.

    Thanks
