How to develop apps?

    Hi guys,
    I'm just turning 18 this month and I've a decent idea for an app that I wish to develop but I don't know how to go about it since it have no college degree or business. Any ideas/suggestions of how I could go about developing this?

    First off you should post in the correct area such as this
    Tech>Software and Web Development>Mobile Application
    I would suggest to go to youtube and type in something like "How to develop and Android app" you tube is really great for tutorials
