Apparently a store ad from retailer Toys R' Us has been leaked and reveals a new promotion from Nintendo that could go live as early as March 1. The new promo will allow new owners of the Nintendo 3DS XL and 2DS to receive Pokemon X/Y for free via a digital code when purchasing one of six games along with the handheld.
According to a photo, the promo will begin on March 1, 2014 and ends on March 31, 2014. In order to receive Pokemon X/Y for free, users will need to register a 2DS/3DS XL and one of the six following games at Club Nintendo:
• Animal Crossing: New Leaf
• Yoshi's New Island
• Lego City Undercover: The Chase Begins
• Super Mario 3D Land
• Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D
• Mario Kart 7

Isn't confirmed as of yet, but its the same deal they did this time last year, or very similar so.
