Any way to give my torrent speeds a kick in the ass on UPC?

Using UPC broadband with one of those Cisco EPC routers. I haven't tried to download a file over Bittorrent in over a year - back then I used to get blisteringly fast speeds, but now it's pathetic (few kb/min). Anyone have any pointers to get my download speeds back to running like Usain Bolt?

Download torrents with lots of seeders.

Get yourself an invite to a private tracker. I nearly always max out my 120mb connection :)

I nearly max out my 120mbit connection on TPB.

OP,s problem is his torrent client setup, ie ports and firewalls etc. that or he's trying to download obscure or old barely seeded content.

The content isn't the problem. Lots of seeders and so forth. Do you have any tips for router and port settings on UPC that would help me?
