Galaxy S4 orange block on the screen?

My S4 started flashing at the bottom of the screen. It then went to a solid orange colour.

I have rebooted it, took the battery out and updated any apps that needed doing. It went, then came back again.

    Any ideas?

First thing I would do is call Lisa back. Then I'd bring the phone back to the shop. Doesn't appear to be a software issue (I take it its not always at the bottom, rather that part of the screen, even when at 90deg) so I'd say the screen is banjo'd. It happened to me before on a laptop after a knock. Portion of the screen above/below where it got hit was white, the rest appeared normal. (The fact it is orange in colour is unusual)
