Basically I own an apartment with my friend, we're currently in about 80k of NE but we both want to go our separate ways. Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has recently sold their house in negative equity? Basically I own an apartment with my friend, we're currently in about 80k of NE but we both want to go our separate ways. I'd be happy to stay there but the bank won't let me take the mortgage on my own on my current salary. So is there any option for us to sell up and try to buy cheaper properties taking our half of the NE with us?
