norden gateleg folding table in birch

it does say that there's a Clear polyurethane/acrylic lacquer aplied to it so

does it need to be sanded first?

I have a Fleetwood undercoat and a Fleetwood High Gloss paint

    Do I need a primer?

    Brush or roller?

    any other advice?

    thanks!

Depends on the type of paint you use. I have painted Ikea units without sanding priming etc and its fine wouldn't do that with a gloss paint though! Brush or roller is personal preference I would probably use a roller for the large flat surfaces and a brush for the rest.
