No work, but still employed

Hi all. There's a tricky situation I have. I've received a letter that I'll be getting FIS from the next week. However my situation has changed in the last couple of weeks. I'm employed in a restaurant which closed 2 weeks ago due to damn floods. So no wages for the last 2 weeks and minimum next 4 weeks. I got a letter from them stating why I'm not getting paid.
The question is - will I have to claim Jobseeker's Allowance and cancel FIS, then apply for FIS again when things go back to normal; or is there any different payment for the situations like mine (employed but not paid) ?
    Thank's

since your not unemployed and looking for work then you would not get JSA.
you might be able to claim Jobseeker's Benefit for the few weeks while you waiting started back.

I do not know if would have any effect on your FIS,

Ring your local welfare office or call in and let you know what your options are in your case.
