How A Bonus Is Effected By Tax

    I got an annual bonus . This represents an additional lumpsum added to my gross pay this month. AmI correct in my assumption that I have overpaid tax this month due to this onceoff lump sum payment, and this overpayment will be refunded to me with on aphased basis through tax deductions throughout the coming months?
