Just wondering anyone ever lamp rabbits with a spring air rifle before my hw97k has the power and accuracy

Thinking on getting a good scope torch.

Will only be shooting out to 30-35 yards as its a .22.

Tried it a few times with my 97k but with not much luck! I wasn't the best of shots to begin with & didn't have the proper lamp or technique! No reason why not though-just trickier to sneak up on the buggers....

Believe none of what you hear and half of what you see.

If you can get close enough then why not lad. Nice led lenser will work a treat for you on top of it. I say led lenser because it's the only one I've used.

If you can get close enough during the day you should get close at nite.

Lamping bunnies with sub 12 ft lbs air rifles is very possible. Friends of mine in UK do it all the time with great success. Your field craft skills have to be top notch though.
