I started with smokegreen premium ecig kit, i only used for 2 weeks myself before moving to ego c kit (great kit).

So i passed SG kit on to girlfriend, it is a month and 2 days since the smokegreen kit got its first use.

It came with 2 batteries and each battery has been charged on alternating days, so to date they have received approx 15 charges each.

Long story short one of the batteries went haywire and kept firing even without having a cartridge attached.

I contacted smokegreen a number of times about this only to get no reply.

At this point i checked smokegreens terms and conditions only to notice they only accept fault goods up to 7 days after receipt. which i think is crazy and not all to sure if even legal.

Any how having recommended this company on previous threads i feel obliged to get this out there .

There are LOADS of very good irish and foreign vendors out there and i have so far had top top service from all i have dealt with, bar fasttech, who are slow but good and cheap (lots of people love em but you gotta be patient)

But i really cant abide poor customer service so my advise to anyone starting out stay away from smoke green

    UPDATE

Having contacted the site 3 days in a row finally got a reply, rightly offering a replacement battery.

This didnt come i might add until after i had sent a stiff email of my dissatisfaction with customer service and how this would effect my opinion of the vendor and sharing of such opinion with would be vapers.

So conclusion, anyone can have a dud battery and that isnt vendors fault.

Replacing the battery is fair enough but what i would expect after such a short period.

The issue certainly could have been resolved faster

Finally got someone who had experience with these. Not a big smoker (3 a day except for social occasions). Did you find the cartridge doesn't last long. Supposed to be equivelant to 20 cigs. I find the cartridge goes way too fast, no way equivelant to 20 cigs. I emailed them, but got are you sure correct strength etc.. Am new to this ecig stuff...would really appreciate what you found as a good alternative. These smoke green are handy, no messing with liquid etc., as I don't understand them, except seeing stuff on here that blows my head!!! Don't mind paying reasonable price, a lot of crap stuff out there so one needs be careful.

Would love to hear your opinion.

    Thanks

My advice would be to never trust ANY claims that a particular device = X amount of cigarettes.
    They are usually false!!!

Get something very simple like a H2 tank or even an evod tank, 2 X 900mAh batteries, a charger, a few sample size liquids and you can't go too far wrong.

You charge the battery, you fill the tank and away you go!! Charge the other battery for later! Rinse and repeat ;)

Hi snowshower sry i didnt see your post neil is right , if i or any of us had our time over we would have started with a good starter kit
This is the kit i moved on to http://www.e-smokeireland.eu/product-p/kangtwist.htm , very good with 3 10ml bottles of juice with kit you can upgrade to 900mah batteries for extra 4 euro , im not sure if in stock right now but you couls ring them they are great to deal with and super fast

Regarding smoke green carts to be fair i found they lasted a good time and i have been heavy smoker for 20 years , and what i also use to do was top up carts with eliquid when they ran dry , just prise off the white plastic inner tip with small screwdriver and top up the filling with a juice of your choice

im confused did you smoke 3 cigs a day or 3 packs ?

if you go with a starter kit like neil or i suggested eliquid is cheap , the cheapest ive seen is 14euro for 100ml the average use seems to be 2 - 5 ml per day , there is so many flavoures and companys its a bit trial and error but u can get 10ml bottles for as little as 2.50 to see what floats ur boat.

hope this makes sense im a bit drunk lol

Online would probably be the best value.

You can get small samples of juice and if you like them, a massive 100ml bottle here

You can get a kit too, but it only comes with one battery. So maybe consider a bigger 1100mah battery too.

I have bought off these guys a couple of times now and got the goods the next day. They have a sale on at the mo and you would be hard pushed to buy cheaper elsewhere.
