You can i think, but in the end you will need her to sign the divorce papers as well as yourself!

You can get divorced without being able to contact her, you need to show that you have made every attempt. I only know this because I sat in on a consultation with someone in a similar situation. The best thing you can do is book an appointment with a Family Law solicitor, where you can look at the details of your particular case. If you were married abroad it has a bearing on how the divorce is dealt with.

A non consensual divorce in Ireland will take up to 5 years to come through. Have you looked at the possibility of divorcing her in the country where she's from? Depending on the country, this can sometimes be cheaper, and again depending on the country/domicile it can be recognised here in Ireland.
