    Mods please kick this if I am in the wrong forum.

    We got a bill recently from Panda. We are in Dun Laoghaire Rathdown. Panda are now charging a standing charge for the brown bin. We never use the brown bin as we don't have the need of it.

    Are we obliged to accept the brown bin or can we discontinue the brown bin service whilst retaining the black and green bins with Panda.

    They are charging around €5.50 for this billing period.
