My old farmhouse got re roofed 10 years ago approx. Some parts of house is built up under the roof so the ceilings are sloped. We only put 100mm of rock wool between the rafters and ceiling. Am wanting to upgrade this as you can see in frost the heat loss. The roof was felted with tyvek. The gap is about 5 inches. Am not wanting to disturb the ceilings. What is best and cost effective insulation.

I've seen insulated ceiling panels on some websites so maybe worth searching online for those.
