The twice-annual waiting for exam results countdown thread!

Well this is going to be my last experience with staring at the exam results webpage and relentlessly pressing F5... My average mark is pretty good so really only need a pass in my last two modules, but hoping for 60-70% in both. What is everyone else out there hoping for in the results tomorrow?

I'm missing it this year as I'm on a year abroad. At least DCU tells you when your exam results are out... I finished my semester/exams (no study weeks in Japan! ;___; ) at the end of Jan there but have had absolutely no communication from the college regarding exam results and their website isn't much help either ha! Guess I'll just expect them some time before April 14th which is when 2nd semester starts... at least my F5 button will get a break this year :P

What time do they normally put them up at?

Past years I think they go up at about 7am in the morning if I recall? Although I think I remember one time when they went up just after midnight.

I'm able to login to the page now but it says on the bottom

Examination results for your programmes are not available.

Does that just mean that my results are not available yet or won't be available at all? I'm doing the M.Eng. in Telecommunications Engineering if it makes a difference

Every year it's the same, although some are worse. Getting results is far more tortuous than it need be

I got F in one of modules, the overall result is n/a. I thought if you had repeat it should R? Am I missing something??

I got two F's to. Its supposed to be R????????????!!!!!!!!!

No its grand dont worry, sometimes (mostly) it just says F when you have to repeat the exam in August - I know this from experience

Passed em all! Delighted! The ones I thought were disasters both ending up in high 60s. I'll take that!

Most courses only provide passlists at the end of the year, that could be it.
