Getting BE license

    Hi folks.

    My license is up for renewal in a few weeks (full b license)
    I also want to get a learner permit for B E license. (car and trailer)

    Questions
    1. Will i have two licenses (full b and learner b e) or just one.
    2. Do i send in two separate application forms?
    3. I'm guessing that I don't need to do theory test again. That i just apply and get it straight away?
