E mobile broadband no web pages

I have E mobile broadband with the mobile wifi lite device. I can connect my phone(Nexus 4) and netbook(running XP service pack 3) to the device but can only get web pages on my phone. I was using O2 mobile broadband with a similar device up until 1 week ago with no problems. But when I switched to E mobile the problems started.

Any ideas?

Are there any o2 settings left on the netbook that might be interfering?
