    Welcome to the forum.

Burton port is one of my favourite horses but so is the favourite and I think he'll win

Welcome aboard. Took a small chance on Bladewood Girl in the last at Kempton at 7/1. Very hard to win with, but she has shaped well recently and this is a poor race.

Looking forward to seeing this Pearl Castle run again today. Was very impressive over C&D the last day. Could be one for the Triumph?

Threw a few quid on that County Champions at 10s. A filly that won a bumper by 7 lengths should be well able to be competitive off 93. Runner up that day is rated 124 and the third won a bumper next time out and is a grade 3 winner over hurdles. Worth a chance with money coming for it.

Think that Son Of Flika will be a trier today in Burton Port's race, needs to go up a few pounds to get into one of the handicaps at the festival.
Has a chase mark 12lb lower than the hurdles mark he won off at Cheltenham 2 years ago

Had a look at two today. Flight Plan in Naas might be one to pop up in the bumper and beat the short priced fav (a filly :)). 7/2 worth a small win bet. Racing Europe in Donny has decent enough form, beaten by a John Ferguson newcomer (ferguson won this race last yr) lto who was entered here but not declared. A winners race so it will be very competitive but I think is another worth a small win bet @ 9/2. I've stuck them in an a small ew double as well becasue I'm greedy.

The money has really come for Rightville Boy in the 440 but i really like Playing on mark 31lbs below his chasing rating. One of my first posts on this forum was actually my fancy for him in the Thyestes but that went wrong!! Ive just had a bit of the 5/2 now with spoils and think it will go off shorter than that.

Anyone know why all those horses were moved out of Donald McCains yard?

That County Champions looks a live one. Remember watching her bumper win, actually.

Even if he wins, TFR a rotten price at 3/1

    Fancy Jacks Island 15.40 Punch.
Sent over to Cheltenham in dec for a chase , must believe he retains some ability. 9lbs lower than when 2nd at Wexford 14 months ago.
This is a very poor race . Acts on the ground and good claimer takes off 7 lbs.
Support for it this morning ,still 18/1 with Boyle's and 16/1 with Paddy and Lads.

Any fallers? Not that I want any, just looking at the result is a surpise.

No fallers i believe .Tranquil Sea won comfortably despite when being in his pomp was a horse i didnt think would ever want 3m. Time for Rupert ran a cracker in 2nd having been up with the pace throughout.

Son of Flicka ran a blinder to finish within 3L of the winner, having been off the bridle about 7f out. hoping he gets a run at Cheltenham,

A disappointing 3rd, looked to finally have the measure if Rightville Boy at the last but at that stage the winner had gone on past both of them. Even faded after the last to relinquish 2nd, disappointing as i had my first decent bet this month on it. Back to the drawing board.
