Yes I would spray it black but would put it back on the inside of the bumper, like in this picture

I'd also be in favour of changing the wheel colour. Silver alloys look good on black cars, in my opinion, as they help 'break up' the colour a bit, on them. Especially if there are other silver/chromey bits around the car.

However, black wheels can also look good on black cars, too, in my opinion.

Not sure which I'd prefer on that. Probably normal silver wheels, but either way, I'd agree that the particular shade of red on them is not great. Even a strong, actual red (rather than the wine-y kinda colour it has) would look better in my personal opinion. :)

    Black multispokes I'd say :)

First off. What has been done to the car and how has it been maintained.

I personally wound go through the car and make sure everything is done properly. Compression test it and make sure it has good oil pressure.

Find out what the common problems for the model and verify it has none of them.

Then put it on a Dyno and make sure its healthy and happy.

I'm still fixing issues on a car I bought back in November. I will not modify it further until I know I have a solid base.

Also I wouldn't be a fan of MAF based cars running Dump valves as they just dump fuel on the CAT and turbo.

    Just my 2c

Ogh and enjoy the car looks awesome.

nice car. I doubt that car has a cat to be honest, it usually is one of the first mods people do it was when i had mine anyway :D

out of interest what fuel is mapped for?

the car has been redone by a specialist there is a new age jap sti long block in it now with a list of mods the length of my arms but as far as im been told its going for remapping soon and im told to expect around 400bhp

Thats about the safe limit on an open deck sti block with standard internals. Fuel and oil pump needs to be upgraded, oil pump can be chanced though on stock. Sump also need baffled and adjustable fpr installed if haven`t done yet.

From experience the first thing I'd be doing is making sure the engine is mapped for our sh1t try fuel. Otherwise youll be looking at a rebuild down the road.

Can't see the pic for some reason so won't comment on styling etc.
