Best/easiest A2DP streaming bluetooth/calls setup?

Just picked up an Alfa 159 and I'm looking at my options streaming music (and calls) from my phone. About a year ago for my previous car I picked up a Kenwood Bluetooth Receiver and found it to work brilliantly well.

The Alfa has a double DIN stereo (OEM Blaupunkt) and steering wheel controls.

From doing some of my own research my options seem to be:

A: Fit the single DIN Kenwood I already have with a cubby hole fascia and look into getting a connector/adapter for the steering wheel controls. AFAIK these do exist. This may also activate my currently redundant answer phone call button on the steering wheel. Anyone know anything about such adapters?

B: Get a Yatour/Grom/Denison bluetooth streaming interface with a handsfree function. These use the existing stereo so will look the cleanest and also keep my steering wheel controls. It's very hard to figure out whats good and bad with them. It's even hard to figure out if they will work!! Some are cheaper than others the Yatour one seems to work well for people.

    Anyone any advice for me?
    Or option c :D??

Does it not have Blue & Me..?
If it does, there's an iPhone adapter you can get for it.

No blue & me and apparently it's a nightmare to fit anyway..

Not to mention I don't have an iPhone! That is why streaming is important rather than plugging in.

Get a new head unit if you want additional functions, otherwise using the OEM head unit and adding a 3rd party kit that works well will work too. I do lots of Grom and Dension. Grom products are the only ones that simply work 100% all the time. First time. And keep working.
Yatour I would stay away, they are cheap for a reason and they do not have BT as far as I know (I stand corrected).
Dension gave me a lot of troubles, like the small gateway 300 etc.

Best place to buy a Grom so??

Think I'll stick with OEM stereo and fit a bluetooth interface with handsfree mic. I'm only going to be fooling around with a steering wheel interface, a new harness and a cubby hole adapter and I'm not 100% sure it will all work in the end!

The Yatour ones are much cheaper and seem to have a decent reputation on the Alfaowner forum I'm a member of. You have any feedback on them?
