Novice Drivers

    Hi All,

I hope I have the right place, it seems more apt here than in motors.

I have my full license less than two years. When they sign the new legislation into law regarding the classification of novice drivers (drivers in possession of their full licenses less than two years) will that be applied in retrospect?

In other words, will I wake up some day as a novice driver (in lawful terms...I still have a lot to learn :) ) ?

    Thanks

    Hi

No, as with the introduction of EDT, this legislation will only apply to those who pass their test after it has been signed into law.
