    Hi,

Have plenty of experience with St Benedict's NS, all good (pm if you have specific questions). Fantastic principal, teachers, ethos, PTA, great programs outside of the curriculum, great encouragement in sport & music.. Parents encouraged to be involved at all aspects...

I'm sure the other schools all have their own merits too but St Benedict's NS fitted our initial criteria (proximity and preference for RC) and I have to say we're delighted with it at all levels.

I assume if its for 2014 you have already completed registration at these schools as places for most are being offered this week?

    Hi there,

I'm back again....still trying to decide whether to send my daughter in Sep to JI....I emails St Benedicts and the principal wrote back saying I need to reapply next year and it's not possible to come and see the school now before that..
I now have a couple of school offers for Sep and not sure which school to accept or to hold off for another year....
Some days I think my daughter is ready and sometimes I think she is still acting like a baby....oh what to do....
Any advice on starting school at 4 or 5 if it makes a big difference?

*mod snip* one of those schools is a school that recently had the incident with the student bringing a knife to school.
