Such a pistol does not exist, yes there are many many good CO2 pistols out there but no BEST pistol

Personally I would recommend the Tangfoglio range of pistols

    Hi Superblu,

From my experience ( not reviews ,actual in the field skirmish use ) TM pistols are far superior to any other I've tried.

Downside is plastic slides that don't feel as satisfying to the touch or in the kick department.

I don't think there are any Co2 TM pistols as plastic cant take the higher pressures , but there gas versions don't seem as susceptible to cold weather as other makes.

    Ciaran.

Agree on the TM pistols. I have the TM 1911MEU, M9A1 and my favourite the P226E2. They are beautifully made, faultless, and outperform my CO2 pistols in range and accuracy. I've never had any issue using them in the cold and they've out shot aegs during skirmishes. I have a couple of CO2 pistols that are good performers but they can't match my Marui guns. TM pistols cost more but they're worth it.

How many mags would you get from a fill of gas in a TM?

My TM FN-57 gets about two and half mags from a fill of gas. Also have a TM M9 tac master and that does about 2mags to a fill.

Thinking about going with a WE G17 with Co2 mags. Anyone have any experiences?

The glocks you either love or hate. After my initial experience with the Tanfoglio limited CO2 I was put off but after it was replaced it has been perfect. You just need to jump in and get what feels good in your hand. Don't worry too much about the best. They all have their issues so get one that you will like to use.
