Problems signing in to Eircom.net

I'm with Eircom for nearly 2 years and at the very start I registered our account on Eircom.net.

But every time I try to log in with my account details it's always saying :
''There seems to be a problem''

I have registered 3 times with the same account number because I want to access ' Pay My Bill ' and when I do register all is grand until I sign out and the next day try to sign in and it's the same problem over and over again?
