    I'm just wondering if anyone who had graduated with this has an idea if it appreciated by employers. I have the volunteering done but debating whether to fill in the forms or just focus on studying instead ;)

    Just take the half hour to fill it in. Looks well nice on a CV, although it's fairly meaningless.
