nokia e72 sim invalid

l bought a nokia e72 from uk on the o2 network however when l put my 02 sim in it comes up as sim invalid lve tried 3 other 02 sims but none are registering, guy l bought it from said to do a factory reset which I did but this hasn't helped - can anyone tell me what my next option could be - thanks :)

Its either A locked or B stolen you need to get it unlocked.

I bought it from reputable seller so its not stolen but thanks l will get it unlocked

you may need a newer version simcard to use on this phone than your last go in to the o2 shop and get your simcard replaced
