    Hi,

I am currently a Vodafone fixed line customer, but my line was taken down by a falling tree. If I log it on the eircom page will it get resolved, or do I need to go through Vodafone.
Is it possible to see that a call logged there has actually been recorded properly?
As I am not a customer I don't have an eircom login.

    Thanks.

    Hi johnb25

You would need to log this to your current provider to have this repaired.

    Thanks
