New builds, no splash screen

    I'm building 8 computers of the exact same spec and components. I've the first 2 done and delivered, they're grand.

    However the two I've just built will not present me with a splash screen. I have reconnected the system panel cables, as well as the RAM and Hard drive, and the CMOS battery.

    Another thing, if a keyboard is plugged in it doesn't seem to be powered up (no lights for caps lock or num lock)

    It's probably something simple, can you think of what Im missing?
