Fiat Wheel Locking key

    Mornin,

Managed to snap the pattern part of the key for the alloy wheels when tightening the lock nut on Sunday

Called Lee Garage in Cark this mornin to order a replacement (I have the official FIAT code). They said I'd need a new set of nuts, despite the fact you can buy the replacement key online http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Fiat-Replacement-Alloy-Wheel-Locking-Bolt-Key-Ordering-Service-New-Genuine-/121251856508 - but they don't deliver to Ireland.

Don't want to go through hassle of changing the 4 lock nuts when all I need is a new key.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks muchly

    Eamonn

Order it on ebay so using parcel motel?

For some reason the Fiat part system doesn't recognise the code from the card that came with it and you have to get the code off the adaptor nut itself

    This company also do them

I had these on my car too. To be honest, you're far better off just getting rid of them.

They're the most awkward and useless things you could possibly have. Beat a socket onto them, and you will remove it no problem, then replace with normal ones which you can get a for a few euro anywhere.
