Im a mature student and just graduating this year from a B.A Business degree.... im very unhappy as the degree was so broad I dunno what direction to go.... im considering going bk doing a second degree making sure this time its the right one in the career I really want. Is it common for ppl to go back starting again on a second degree? Or am I completely being ridiculous? Any advice is sincerely appreciate thanks.

It happens sometimes. Why would you not just try to find work in the career you want though?

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Check out qualifax.ie for conversion courses. They take less time than a degree and should help you specialise. Maybe look at doing a masters degree as another option.

WIT for example have IT degrees designed for people with Business Degrees. There just as highly regarded as people who did the 4 years.

Its not easy. Itll be a hard year or so but definitely suits you down to the ground.

really dont see the point in doing another 4 years when their are options like that.

I agree with business courses though. Full of fake pretentious horse****. IT will actually get you a job.

I went back to do a second degree. I found it quite tough as I just wanted to be out earning a living however I'm glad I did it now. If there's something you're interested in definitely do it.
