    Hey all

    looking for some help
drove this audi on saturday and i love it, Im looking to change my current car to this or an e200K Sport, The milage on this car is high but it has a full audi service history and the last service included the transmission fluid, Im assuming at that mileage its had all the issues it going to?

Really could do with some advice here!

90k miles is not that much. It works out at around 12k miles a year. It certainly wouldn't bother or put me off it. Just make sure you get a competent mechanic to check it over that's the main thing.

It looks a nice car to me. Who ever had it seems to have taken care of there seems to be no dents in it. Price is good.

Not sure if it's an easy enough thing to check or not (someone more technical may be able to let you know), but check the timing chain isn't stretched.

We had 2 x 2008 1.8T A4's go to almost 200k with no issues, but a customer's 09 car spent ages in a dealers with most of the engine out as the chain had stretched and skipped a tooth, and a just before christmas the same happened to an 08 of ours with fairly low mileage.

Think the customer car wasn't too bad and they just put a new chain on, and it went ok, but ours needs valves etc as it's in a fairly bad way.

Lovely car for good money. Get it checked over though. Price seems very good. Is it cheap tax or not?

    I bought the 535d there.
Nice guys............. unless you have any issues after you hand over the money - in which case they turned into f'ing and blinding scum.

I would avoid that garage at all costs.

So i checked the history with the audi dealer in the book and they have said it was serviced 9 times with nothing of note to declare, thats all they can tell me until i own it. 9 Audi services across that mileage is pretty good i think...
