BT Sports HD not working

Hi guys, I'm subscribed to BT sports and the HD digital plus pack but BT Sports and ESPN HD don't work for me. They say I am not subscribed to the channel. Setanta Sports and Setanta Sports 1 both work fine in HD so I'm confused. Can anyone confirm if BT should be working as well? Thanks in advance
