This is delusional enough to support that theory:

$850 for walking around a mall while having delightful conversation with a homicidal satanist. Sounds reasonable.

Um, I said Satanist (as in singular) because only one of them actually said that. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I also said claimed as it is only claimed, and I did have my doubts about it.

But, the stabbing thing was quite shocking.

She is no oil painting. How was she getting $850 a go?

Oh it's awful, but I think Fox News is either waiting for the full horror to emerge before going all Christian soldier, or there's no evidence to support the claims of more victims.

If they met the victims through Craigslist, it should be easy enough to fact check any missing persons against the ads they responded to. Hopefully this is one awful crime, not many.

That report is from early December, so I'm surprised we haven't heard more if it's a serial killing spree.

While it is quite obvious that violent video games should be the focus of the blame for this sorry incident (where else on god's earth would this young person get such immoral ideas??), I can't agree with blaming rap music, which is great!

The idea that satanism involves ritual human murders or sacrifice is pretty much an invented stereotype from Christian groups.

Satanism in general is basically a counter-christian movement based on an alternative interpretation of the bible where Satan is fighting for the good of man - constantly trying to deliver man to freedom from the sadistic slavery imposed upon man by God.

Thus, Satanism usually involves celebrating the good things in life, revelling in the nature of the human animal and dedicating life to fun and enjoyment, serving antithesis to Christianity which involves the suppression and demonisation of man's true nature, and dedicating life to humility and personal suffering.

Killing other people basically never comes into it (Satan rarely killed anyone in the bible), and really it's only the hardcore groups who are into orgies and indulgent stuff like that.
