Hi there, I'm thinking of renting out a venue in Dublin city center some Saturday night in the near future for 4 hours and need bands to play! The place holds 400. If your interested drop me a line saying how long a set you can play?
    Regards.
Sorry for the 2nd posting as I posted in the wrong section.

Will the bands be payed ? Will you be expected to bring a certain amount of punters ? Will you be expected to sell tickets for this event ? What type of music are you looking for ? Is it a "pay to play" event ?

    Thanks.

Zerrocc, please answer these questions when you post next or this thread will be deleted. Thanks.

In fairness, Zerrocc did answer my questions...but through a P.M., even though my reason for asking was on behalf of everyone, and so I would have preferred if he had posted the information publicly.

    @ zerrocc :

Perhaps now would be a good time to......go public with all the relevant info. :)

The bands will not be payed for this gig because we'r only charging 2 euro in however, if its a success we will be paying the bands next time.

You will not be expected to bring a certain amount of punters.

You will not be expected to sell tickets.

We play kinda heavey alternative rock but the gig is not limited to this genre.

It is not a pay to play event
