Social Welfare Appeals Hearing

    Hi there,

My mum has a social welfare appeal hearing coming up.

What I wanted to ask is this: does anyone know if it is possible to record an oral appeal hearing? Presumably minutes will be taken but I wanted to know if we could use a dictaphone to record what's being said for our own records. Any information you have on this would be greatly appreciated! :)

Unlikely but contact the appeals people and ask.
