    Hi,

    I am looking for a flatdeck Q Cab for a 1978 Ford 6700.

Any idea where I could get one?

The cab we have is rotten and need a new one to finish tractor restoration.

    Cheers.

    Where are you based?

There are plenty of scrap yards around so while they mightn't have them on site they would be good to point in the right direction.

Bennett's in courtmacsheery and sweetmans in castlemayter in cork might have something.

I am from Kildare but am willing to travel anywhere. Checking Ireland first before I go to Spain to view one

Sounds good :). Only reason I was thinking of the spain option was, I passed a breaker yard in spain full of them. The reason the spanish ones are good is the lack of wet weather. The ones in Ireland I have found are all rotten from fertiliser and wet weather.
