painting tyres black

    What is best for painting tyres black and not expensive. Would a spray be better than paint on

    I don't know the specifics, but I'm pretty sure that it's not advised that you actually paint a tyre, unless you're using a very specific, made-for-tyres/rubber, paint.

    I could be just making that up in my head, but Im pretty sure that a tin of homebase's Finest will eat away at the sidewall or can cause it to weaken or something.. i don't know, i just know I heard it was bad.

    Generally speaking, a decent tyre shine product is probably the best way forward. Unless your tyres are actually not the colour you want them to be.

    there is paint for tyres.i just wondered if paint was better than spray.Or this . i figured someone here would have some experience

    Thats not paint thats a tyre shine though it's clear.

    Meguiars endurance gel after a good clean works well
