Draughts under kitchen units

I had some work done last year which involved complete redecoration, rewiring, replumbing. When the floorboards were up the builder offered to insulate under the floors and put thick, rigid, reflective kingspan material between all the joists.

I have noticed in the kitchen that there is a strong cold draft coming from under the kitchen kick boards. I'm assuming this is coming up where the water pipes come through the floor and other gaps between floor and wall. The gaps aren't really easily accessible now as the kitchen units are in place.

Just wondering if there's a good way to block these draughts. Should I just pack the space under the kitchen units with some material, and if so what material would make sense ?

Have you removed the kicker plates? they should be removable if you can get at them as they are usually only clipped on.
